How to Make a Healthy Pumpkin Spice Latte

Although this caramel pumpkin spice latte is sweet and comforting it isn’t all unhealthy. Pumpkin is a nutrient dense food rich in vitamins and minerals whilst the maple syrup and pumpkin pie spice help sweeten the latte naturally. You could, however, make some changes to make a skinny version:

  • Swap whole milk for unsweetened almond milk or another nut milk
  • Reduce the maple syrup by half
  • Omit the caramel sauce

Amazing, I never tried pumpkin spice latte, I don’t think they serve it here in France. I will have to make it at home, thank you for the recipe
