I’ve been focusing on eating better and healthy living in general. It’s surprisingly easy to eat quality food that leaves you satisfied. The types of food you eat and portions are incredibly important to staying healthy.

To make things simple and provide inspiration, I’m sharing this 10 Healthy Snack Ideas Infographic I designed and created. Being a graphic designer and food blogger, it was a fun way to combine that with my love of food and blogging.
It’s 10 simple healthy snack ideas you can mix and match to create nutrient rich, good for you portions that are around 250 calories.
You’ll find the basic nutrient groups covered here: protein, fiber, complex carbs, vitamins and minerals. Pack these to enjoy tasty snacks throughout the day you can feel good about, instead of a trip to the vending machine for empty calories.
