Helpful Tips for Making Salami Rollups

  • Let the cream cheese sit at room temp for about 10 minutes to soften and make spreading onto the tortilla easier.
  • Large tortillas work best to create the ideal pinwheel width. You can use flour, whole-wheat, spinach or low carb tortillas.
  • Tightly roll the tortilla to help hold everything together. Be sure to leave about 2-inches on one end without toppings to seal the edge.
  • Use a sharp knife to cut the pinwheels. This will prevent tearing or squishing them.
