Yummy! I don’t usually like meatless substitutes either but you could’ve had me fooled with these pictures! They look delicious.
I was pleasantly surprised too! It’d even pass a taste test, not just with photos. Thanks Carly!

What a refreshing taco recipe! I’m in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico right now – land of fabulous tacos – and I can tell you that this fun porkless twist on tacos is unique and fabulous. These would be a huge hit here with American and Canadian expats and in Guadalajara too! When I’m back in California I’ll put on some festive music and cook up a special batch of these Tropical tacos for my hubby. I’m pinning this awesome recipe to a group recipe board right now. 🙂
Sounds like fun and you totally should Denay! I bet they have wonderful tacos down there. Have fun and eat plenty for me. Thanks so much!

I don’t tend to eat very much of the mock meats but your tacos look very tasty.
Thanks Bree!I find they are usually less than tasty. However was quite impressed with these! I could almost go vegan if mock meats were all this good!
These look wonderful! Love the flavors you put in these!
Thanks so much Leah!
