peanuts

pumpkin seeds

almond butter

dried cranberries

honey
or agave syrup for vegan
Instructions
Place rolled oats, peanuts, sliced almond, pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries, cranberry seeds, salt, and almond butter in a large bowl. Set aside.
Heat honey in a small pan over medium heat to 250° F. Carefully pour honey into the prepared bowl and stir until well combined.
Let cool slightly. Press mixture into a square parchment-lined dish into about a 1-inch thick layer.
Chill about 30 minutes to set then cut into bars. Store extras in an airtight container at room temp or in the fridge.
