Cocktail shaker filled with ice
Ingredients
3ouncesvodka
3ouncehalf and half
2tablespoonpumpkin puree
1ouncemaple syrup
¼teaspoonspumpkin pie spice
Few drops of vanilla extract
Garnish with pumpkin pie spice and whole star anise
Instructions
Chill martini glasses in the freezer for at least an hour. In a rush? See notes below.
Add all ingredients except garnishes to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Seal and shake vigorously until the outside of the jar starts to frost, about 30 seconds.
Strain into 2 martini glasses and garnish with a bit of pumpkin pie spice and whole star anise.
Notes
If you forgot to chill the glasses, simply add water and a few ice cubes. Stir for about 10 seconds to chill, then empty the glass before adding the mixed ingredients.
