Ingredients
2tablespoonspacked brown sugaromit for no sugar option
1tablespoonfinely ground coffee beans
1tablespoonsmoked paprika
1teaspoondried onion flakes
1teaspoongarlic powder
1teaspoonsalt
½teaspoonpepper
½teaspooncumin
½teaspoonoregano
½teaspoonchili powder

Instructions
In a small bowl combine all ingredients except pork chops. Sprinkle mixture onto both sides of each pork chop and rub in until well coated.
Allow pork chops to sit at room temperature for about 20 minutes for flavors to soak in (this is optional but highly recommended). Preheat charcoal or gas grill to medium-high heat.
