Ingredients

shredded mozzarella cheese

8-ounce packages cream cheese, cut into cubes

milk

sour cream

deli-style roast beef
chopped

green bell pepper
diced

sliced mushrooms
chopped

green onion
sliced

diced red onion

garlic cloves

black pepper
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a slow cooker. Stir to combine and cover.
Cook on high heat for up to 2 hours, or low for 6 hours. Stir again once cooked. The dipping sauce is ready when all cheese is melted.
Serve over, or dip with, toasted bread, crackers or chips. Leave the slow cooker on warm setting to keep cheese melted while serving.
Notes
If you find the dip it too thick, thin it out by adding more milk.
To make it thicker, add flour 1-tablespoon at a time.
Serve warm and leave the slow cooker on warm setting to keep cheese melted, the dip is best served warm.
Mozzarella can also be substituted for shredded cheddar
Add spices, herbs or red pepper flakes as desired for extra flavor
The dip is gluten-free so use GF bread if needed. Omit roast-beef for a vegetarian option
