5ouncesblue cheesecrumbled
8 ouncescream cheesecut into cubes
2cupsshredded mozzarella cheese
¼cupmilk
1cupsliced mushroomschopped
1green onionsliced
¼cupdiced red onion
2garlic clovesminced
1teaspooncumin powder
½teaspoonpaprika
1packagebuffalo chicken nuggetsstore-bought
Instructions
Add all ingredients except chicken to a slow cooker. Stir to combine and cover. Cook on high heat for up to 2 hours, or low for 6 hours. Stir again once cooked; dipping sauce is ready when all cheese is melted.
Optional: To thin it out add more milk. If you’d like it thicker, add flour 1-tablespoon at a time. Serve warm and leave slow cooker on warm setting to keep cheese melted.
Dip with buffalo chicken pieces. Make according to package directions so it will be ready when sauce is done.
