Mango Lime Dipping Sauce
Flavorful sauce with sweet and tart mango and lime. Cumin adds spice. Perfect topping or sauce for any recipe.

Servings 1 cup
- 2 mangoes peeled, pitted and chopped (about 1 cup)
- Juice and zest of 1 lime
- ½ teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 –2 garlic cloves minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Add mango, lime juice, zest, cumin powder and garlic to a blender or food processor.
Puree until smooth, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with Easy Blackened Seasoned Shrimp
or any other dish you prefer. You can also serve over ice cream. If so, omit garlic, salt and pepper.
