Lay a sheet of paper towel on microwave safe plate. Grab each end of bacon and twist multiple times until tight. Holding edges of bacon, place in center of towel diagonally, fold in edges of paper, then roll tightly to seal. Microwave 1 minute 30 seconds or until cooked and crisp. Can cook multiple pieces at a time, just add about 1 minute of extra per piece. Unroll from towel and set aside.
Rub rim of a large glass with lime juice. Create a thin layer of garnishing salt on a small place and press glass upside down to salt rim.
Add Clamato, vodka, lime juice, horseradish and celery salt. Stir until well combined. Gently pour in beer, garnish with celery and cooked bacon swizzle stick. Repeat as necessary for additional drinks.
