Instructions
Spread ⅓ of cream cheese onto a tortilla, about ½-inch from edges.
Evenly top with a layer of salami slices.
Drizzle with 1-tablespoon mustard then top with two pickle quarters.
Tightly roll from one edge to create a tube, making sure the edge seals with the cream cheese.
Cut into 1-inch slices with a sharp knife. Repeat steps for the remaining two tortillas and serve.
Notes
Let the cream cheese sit at room temp for about 10 minutes to soften and make spreading onto the tortilla easier.
Large tortillas work best to create the ideal pinwheel width. You can use flour, whole-wheat, spinach or low carb tortillas.
Tightly roll the tortilla to help hold everything together. Be sure to leave about 2-inches on one end without toppings to seal the edge.
Use a sharp knife to cut the pinwheels. This will prevent tearing or squishing them.
