Grilled Veggie Burgers

Veggie burgers typically include plant-based ingredients such as vegetables, brown rice, quinoa, black beans, and/or garbanzo beans. Vegan burgers omit items such as eggs or cheese. While homemade veggie burgers are a fun option that you can customize, store-bought veggie burgers are great to keep on hand for quick and easy vegetarian family dinners.

BUBBA Veggie Burger

Since this recipe calls for store-bought veggies for convenience, I recommend BUBBA Foods veggie burgers. There are a variety of flavors, including the Original BUBBA Veggie or Veggie with Beets.

Veggie burgers are easy to keep in the freezer and are grilled from frozen, making them perfect for a quick vegetarian weeknight meal. Find BUBBA Veggie near you.

The BUBBA Veggie Burger with Beets combines hearty chunks of beets and vegetables with brown rice, garbanzo and white beans with kale, quinoa and a touch of sage. Veggie burger with beets

Besides the BUBBA Veggie Burger with Beets base, top these with homemade pickled beets. They’re already cooked and pickled, so they have a soft texture and tangy flavor that take these veggie burgers to a whole new level.
